Taste.  That is what a restaurant is all about.  Public relations, advertising, and promotion will help build traffic, but only good food will keep them coming back. 

We could write press releases for some mediocre restaurant, and they could easily be read by thousands of people, but unless the restaurant fixes what is wrong, most people would come only once, and after that, business would be the same as before. 

All of the PR and advertising in the world won’t keep people coming back for more, unless you serve the best meal for the money. 

If you do serve perfectly cooked food at the right price, and your restaurant runs like a clock, making you famous will be a pleasure. 

But we won’t sell you until you’re ready to be sold. Similarly to what Gordon Ramsay does so ably on his Kitchen Nightmares television show, Alan Austin has been helping restaurants bridge the gap between failure and success for almost twenty years.

It begins with a one-day visit and lunch and dinner. After sampling your food and seeing how the kitchen and service staff work, Alan Austin will analyze your strengths and weaknesses.  He'll tell you what you need and help you achieve it.  Then we’ll promote you and get people talking.
